I am a Cemetery Director at Arbor Memorial Incorporated I have the pleasure of educating families on the many benefits of pre-arranging and also with that though I have the honor of sitting with families and their time of need and I help them through that special time we’re educators in the community I really see us as we’re educators. Cemetery Directors, Funeral Directors don’t think of it as talking about your death, you’re talking about the future. People plan for the future with investments, they purchase life insurance and they don’t bat an eyelash at that, so just opening them up to that idea, I would sum up Arbor’s values as ethics, customer service, and family. Working at Arbor, a family-owned business the nice thing is that they understand the value of a work-life balance. I put in my time at Arbor when I’m there I’m there and then when I go home I’m home for my son and my husband.

I go home fulfilled every day. I know that I’ve helped someone, I’ve educated someone on matters they know nothing about and in a time of need especially it’s just so nice to have someone say thank you, thank you for being there today it’s not an easy job but I’m happy to be the one to do it for them because they need us they truly do need someone in this time I am truly fulfilled by doing that.
