Here’s What Diddy Allegedly Said to His Ex-Girlfriend About Cassie Lawsuit
An ex-girlfriend of Sean “Diddy” Combs is testifying.
On Monday morning (June 9), a witness going by the name “Jane” took to the witness stand once again. Last week, she described encounters with sex partners during alleged “hotel nights” that she said could go on for multiple “rounds.”
She has testified that Diddy was paying her rent and continues to pay her rent, and is one of four accusers referred to in the government’s indictment that alleges he ran his business empire as a criminal enterprise and exploited the women through his financial support, per NBC News.
Diddy was arrested in 2024 for alleged sex trafficking, prostitution, racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, as well as transportation to engage in prostitution.
He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
During the testimony on Monday (June 9), Jane revealed what allegedly went down as their relationship broke down amid his insistence on the “hotel nights” and her having sex with other men for his enjoyment.

Jane says when she began to distance herself from Diddy via texts in October 2023, he started “love bombing” her.
She testified that Diddy would shower her with love and affection to an overwhelming point. It was a pattern whenever he wanted to have hotel nights, Jane told the court.
By October 2023, she testified that she told Diddy: “You treat me like an animal” and was tired of having “to do all the dirty s–t” for him.
Jane said Diddy once made her have sex with three men during an October 2023 rendezvous at the L’Ermitage Beverly Hills Hotel.
She didn’t recall the name of the first man, but the second man was named Paul and the third was named Sean. She said she had to leave to go throw up. She called the evening “absolutely terrible.”
She said because Diddy funded her rent, it was “like the home was being used as leverage.” In a text message to Diddy displayed in court, she accused him of “threatening the roof over my head.”
When asked in court if she in fact consented to the “hotel nights,” Jane said she was “still trying to figure that out.”
Jane said she fainted after Cassie filed a civil lawsuit against the music mogul in 2023.
“I almost fainted,” Jane said after learning about the lawsuit. “In fact I think I did.”
“There were three specific pages that was just a harrowing reference to what I was experiencing,” she said. “I was just bewildered, just in shock.”
She testified that Cassie‘s lawsuit read like a play-by-play of the “sexual trauma” that Diddy allegedly inflicted on her.
“I feel like I’m reading my own sexual trauma,” Jane wrote in a 2023 text message, confronting him. Cassie‘s civil complaint read “word-for-word” of the abuse she also endured, the witness said.
Prosecutors entered a recorded conversation between the witness and Diddy that was taken from the cell phone of his chief of staff, Kristina Khorram.
Jane told the court that she didn’t know she was being recorded during the phone call, which occurred days after Cassie‘s lawsuit was filed in November 2023.
In the recording, Diddy is asking Jane what he can do to make her feel better and telling her that his love is “true.”
But Jane was confused, telling him that she felt sick to her stomach after reading Cassie‘s suit. She said he made her feel so manipulated and that she didn’t know what to do with her feelings.
Diddy told her that everything they did, they did it “together.” Jane is heard in the recording telling him that the timing was crazy and felt chilling.
At one point, Diddy interrupts and says he cannot be on the phone.
“I just needed to tell you I need your friendship, you know you ain’t gotta worry about anything else, baby, please pray for me,” Diddy said in the recording.
“I will be praying for you, I need your friendship.”
Jane also told the court that she didn’t see Diddy after Cassie‘s suit was filed in November 2023 until February 2024, and said they were on a break.
Prosecutors showed a series of messages between Jane and Diddy in December 2023. In one message, Jane writes that she is crying and troubled, insisting that she no longer wants to do “those nights” with him. She urges him to hire prostitutes rather than emotionally hiring women who love him.
Later that month, Jane texted Diddy that he was never satisfied. He wrote back that he didn’t want to fight and asked her how to move forward.
She told Diddy in late 2023 that she needed to stay away from him.
In a series of text messages shown to the court room, Jane said it was best for her to stay clear of Diddy, who didn’t seem to understand her need for this distance.
“I wrote that because he was trying to work my reality again,” Jane said. “Every time I would speak the truth or tell him how I was feeling, he would move on from whatever I was talking about.”
