‘Lanterns’ TV Series Casting Updates: 14 Actors Join the Cast, 1 DCU Star Reprises Role & 1 Actor Turned It Down
Kyle Chandler – JOINING
In September 2024, it was revealed Kyle Chandler was in talks to star as Hal Jordan. Just a couple of weeks later, it was announced that Kyle was officially cast!
“Welcome to the DCU, Kyle Chandler! Now our Hal Jordan in #Lanterns,” James Gunn shared on social media.
Aaron Pierre – JOINING
It was revealed in late September 2024 that Aaron Pierre was one of two remaining choices up for John Stewart, and a couple weeks later it was confirmed he was taking on the role.
Previously, he almost played a different superhero character in a James Gunn Marvel movie!
