‘Baywatch’ 2026 Cast Revealed: 16 Actors Join the Cast & 4 OG Stars Return!
Stephen Amell – JOINING AS SERIES REGULAR
Stephen Amell will lead the cast as Hobie Buchannon, the son of David Hasselhoff‘s character, who was first played by Brandon Call in the original series’ first season. The character was then portrayed by Jeremy Jackson in subsequent seasons.
Hobie is the “wild child we all loved from the original series,” per Variety, who “is now a Baywatch Captain, following in the footsteps of his legendary father, Mitch.”
Jessica Belkin – JOINING AS SERIES REGULAR
The Hunting Wives‘ Jessica Belkin has been cast as a series regular, playing Charlie Vale, the daughter of Stephen‘s Hobie Buchannon.
Deadline notes that her character “Charlie Vale is the biological daughter of Baywatch captain Hobie Buchannon (Amell) — the child he never knew. She leaves her complicated home life in Galveston and shows up on her father’s doorstep with one goal: to earn her place as a Baywatch lifeguard. Fearless, passionate, and occasionally reckless, Charlie has all the makings of a Buchannon legend. She has a lot to learn, however, and the father she never met might be exactly the mentor she’s always needed.”
